The Dead Bait Rig is a special system for use with deadbaits when active fishing from a moving boat. The deadbait is threaded onto the wire, producing a light wobbling motion. With a slow movement of the rod, the Dead Bait Rig is guided closely along the bottom, moving in slow jumps or can also be jigged with fast, jerky movements.
